Shane Evans
Director, Operations & Compliance
Shane brings more than twenty years of senior experience across government, energy, major infrastructure, transport, food production and construction, all of it in highly regulated environments where safety, compliance and public accountability are non negotiable. He has held accountability for assets, property, fleet, logistics and project delivery at scale, and is known for turning fragmented operations into controlled, auditable businesses.
His strength is governance that works in practice: legislative interpretation, risk identification, registers and record keeping, and clear, defensible decisions that stand up to audit and external scrutiny. A former Australian Army officer and long standing business owner, he pairs that discipline with genuine commercial instinct and the ability to lead large teams and contractor networks through significant change without losing pace.
Shane also holds board level governance experience as a director of a community organisation, contributing to policy oversight, risk management and property decisions. At CMG he leads the compliance and project side of the practice, working alongside owners and management teams to remove risk, lift standards and make growth sustainable.
Kirstin Hunter
Director, Business Systems & Governance
Kirstin works on the administrative and financial spine of a business: payroll and timesheets, document control, registers, reporting cadence and the workflow that sits between the office and the field.
She leads systems and governance work at CMG, connecting the platforms a business already runs so management gets reliable numbers weekly instead of chasing them monthly.
